After 28 years MV Agusta is back to win
Jorg Teuchert, Supersport World Champion in 2000 season, entered his name in the legendary MV Agusta sports palmares bringing the team back to win after 28 years.
August 30th, '04, Schleizer Dreieck - Jorg Teuchert, Supersport World Champion in 2000 season, entered his name in the legendary MV Agusta sports palmares.
The wait lasted 28 years, that is the period since the last win from Giacomo Agostini. Now and then the win came on a German circuit, the terrible Nurburgring that shares with Schleizer Dreieck the nature of street circuit.
At the end of the race the german rider, conscious of what had just achieved, said: "I feel like living a dream! After all the season troubles I was looking forward to getting to a day like today. I am very proud for bringing MV Agusta back to success!"
